Cocoa Mix
1
cup white sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2
dashes of salt
mix
well
add
2-3 Tbsp of mini chocolate chips if desired
mix
very well and put in sealed container
to
make cocoa:
fill
a mug ½ full of milk
heat
the milk
add
2 heaping spoonfuls of mix and stir/mix well (the chocolate chips are tough to
mix in, but worth it)
fill
mug with milk and continue heating
stir
and enjoy!
(could
you make ganache : 1 part cream to 1 part chocolate --- and then add it to hot
milk to create cocoa??
