Quiche     

Both are excellent
350°/45-50 min

the easy way:  a.k.a. Inedible Quiche
4 eggs
½ cup Bisquick
½ stick melted butter
1 ½ cup milk
½ cup evap milk or ½-n- ½
salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg to taste

Mix together in blender,                              
pour into greased pie pan and add 1 cup meat (ham, bacon), 1 cup cheese, onions, peppers, whatever….   Poke the meat and cheese into the egg mixture and bake.

the hard way:

1 9” pie shell, unbaked
6 oz gruyere cheese
1 cup thinly sliced onions, cooked in 1T bacon drippings
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
5 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk or ½ and ½
½ t salt
¼ t nutmeg
¼ t white pepper

mix ingredients together and pour into pie shell.  Bake as above
