Tortellini with Ham and Peas

Tortellini with Ham and Peas


 
1 lb. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
1 c. frozen peas (I would think you could use any veggie)
3 T. butter
1/2 C. cream
salt and pepper
1/2 C. grated Parmesan
1/4 lb. ham, chopped.

Boil tortellini according the package directions.  Add frozen peas for last 30 seconds of cooking.
Drain and return to pot.  Stir in butter, cream, salt, pepper, Parmesan and ham.  Cook until heated
through, 2-3 minutes.
