Kualoa Beef
(I invented this, James named it)
2-3 lbs
London Broil
Red
pepper
Red
onion
Marinade/sauce: (all to taste)
Soy
sauce – ½ cup
Garlic
powder – ½ tsp
Sriracha
– 1 tsp
Dash
vinegar – 1 tsp
Brown
sugar – 2 tbsp
Ginger
– ¼ tsp
Water –
1 cup
Marinate
beef strips 2-3 hours
Cook onions
and peppers in oil/butter, set aside
Add
beef strips to pan and brown, return onions and pepper, add marinade
Mix 2
cups boiling water and 1 tsp beef bullion
Add to
pan
Simmer
to reduce sauce to 50%
Serve
over rice
