Make your own damn cake!

one cake mix, any flavor
one box instant pudding, any flavor (I’d make sure the two go together)
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup water
½ cup oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla (or other flavoring)

Mix for 30 seconds on low, scrape sides, then mix 2 minutes on medium.  Spread into greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake 325-350 for 55-60 minutes.

Cool 15 minutes then remove from pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

Tried so far:  chocolate cake with turtle pudding, chocolate cake with chocolate pudding, yellow cake with french vanilla pudding, lemon cake with lemon pudding and lemonade instead of the water



Cream of Coconut Cake

Beat together a boxed white cake mix, ½ of a 12oz can of cream of coconut, 4 eggs, ¼ cup vegetable oil, and 2 cups flaked coconut.  Bake in a generously greased 12-cup Bundt pan at 350 for 45 minutes.  Brush with remaining cream of coconut while still warm.
