Chicken and Rice


 Chicken and Rice    

Very Good
350°/2 hours

Spread 2 c uncooked rice in a 9x13 pan. Place chicken on top (whole chicken (cut up) or 4-5 chicken breasts).  Pour over (mixed together) 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 package dried onion soup mix, and 2 cans of water.

Cover with foil and bake 1 ½ hours, then uncover and bake remaining ½ hour.

**or cream of onion or cheese or pretty much anything you like.
**also works really well for pork chops
