Cheese Ball and Dip

Yummy Cheese Ball  (Carol)

2 8oz pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
1 small bunch green onions finely chopped (tops too)
1 2 ½ oz jar dried beef, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt (or to taste - - I like a lot)
Worcestershire sauce - I didn’t use any

Mix together all of the ingredients.  Form into a ball and chill well.
Serve with crackers.


Pickle roll-up dip  (Diana)

Replace 1 pkg of cream cheese with 8 oz sour cream
Replace green onion with chopped DILL pickles (more than you’d think)
1/8 tsp each onion powder and garlic powder
NO SALT
